印度補習班大火 學生跳樓驚悚逃生19人喪命
印度西部古吉拉特邦大城蘇拉特，一間商業大樓24日發生大火，由於當時有許多學生，正在裡面的補習班上課，許多人被迫跳窗逃生，這起火災造成至少19名學生死亡，其中有3人是因為跳樓，傷重不治。
大樓另一端冒出濃濃黑煙，這邊有民眾從窗戶爬出，藍衣男子先是雙手拉著吊在窗邊，然後疑似體力不支鬆手墜落，接著又有多人紛紛墜樓，有人則乾脆從窗邊一躍而下，還有人接連跳下，在空中與另一名墜落的人相撞，一起落地。
只有一人爬到下一層樓，站在窗外等待救援。其他人雖然企圖以同樣方式逃生，最後卻都失手落下，甚至有明顯身形嬌小的孩童，看似被拋出窗外，引起下方驚叫連連。
最後只有3人成功爬到三樓外面，由雲梯車救好康限定商品下，印度西部古吉拉特邦大城蘇拉特，一間四層樓高的商業大樓，24日下午發生火災，由於許多學生當時正在裡頭的補習班上課，當局表示，死傷多是14到17歲的未成年人，除了因吸入濃煙遭火吻喪命，還有跳樓逃命的人傷重不治。
印度記者：「當局表示這是一棟違章建築，建築屋主已經逃跑。」
初步調查，起火原因可能是因為電線短路，總理莫迪在網路發文哀悼向傷患致意，也承諾提供家屬最大協助。這是當地一年內第二度有補習班發生嚴重大火，造成學生喪命。當局下令，立刻關閉古吉拉特邦所有補習班，進行消防檢查，要避免再有類似悲劇發生。
脖子卡卡會疼痛 以為「落枕」竟是肺腺癌第四期
台中45歲的張姓婦人長期在廚房內工作，之前覺得頸部腫痛，感覺「卡卡的」，以為是落枕，到鄰近診所就醫，服用放鬆劑、止痛藥等等，但無法改善狀況。之後轉診細查，才得知原來脖子出問題的原因竟是「肺腺癌」，且已經第四期。
張女告訴醫師，起床後覺得脖子痛，到住家附近診所看診，初步認為是落枕，她不以為意，領了藥回去，但過了多天仍未改善，於是回診做電腦斷層檢查，發現頸部左側淋巴有腫大現象，決定轉診到亞大醫院。
亞洲大學附屬醫院胸腔科主治醫師戴芳銓指出，張女轉診來後，經過X光片判讀，頸部有2公分大小的陰影，搭配細針吸抽與斷層切片，最後確認她罹患肺腺癌第四期。
醫師表示，在臨床案例上，頸部淋巴只要出現2公分或以上的硬塊，就可能是惡性腫瘤，且有多達80%以上是從口腔、鼻腔，甚至肺部所轉移而來。由於張女表示生活規律，不菸不酒，醫師判斷可能是因長期待在廚房，與廚房內髒汙的空氣有關。
戴芳銓表示，近年來女性罹患肺腺癌比例大幅提高，可能與廚房內的油煙有關係，建議應注意通風，降低油煙對身體的影響。而張女罹患的第四期肺腺癌，已無法經由手術做根治，目前正透過標靶藥物治療。
